Admission Requirements

You must be 18 or older to start the program.

To be admitted into the program, a high school diploma or a state-issued GED is required.

You will need to take the Owens placement test to assess your personal preparation and support needs. 

Tours of water and wastewater plants and and orientation for your cohort will be scheduled before classes start. Attendance is required to register for classes.
